Join the Specialty Nurses in this series designed to broaden their understanding of clinical areas beyond their own. Since patients at Nemours often receive care across multiple specialties, these sessions provide valuable exposure to other therapeutic areas, enhancing collaboration and improving patient outcomes.
Learning Objectives
- Describe key clinical concepts from specialty areas outside the nurse’s primary practice to support interdisciplinary understanding.
- Recognize the value of cross-specialty knowledge in enhancing patient care coordination across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Apply insights from other specialties to improve communication, collaboration, and holistic care for patients receiving multi-specialty services.
Target Audience
This program is intended for learners who primarily work in the specialty clinics in the Delaware Valley.
