PICU Team Simulations will provide an opportunity for the interprofessional team to collaborate as they simulate the resuscitation of a critically ill pediatric patient.

Objectives:

1.  The learners will recognize non-perfusing cardiac rhythm and apply correct PALS algorithm.

2.  Learners will perform high-quality CPR.

3.  Learners will demonstrate use of closed loop communication.
