Objectives

  • Gain knowledge on how Nemours Children's is executing its strategic plan. Discuss and connect the role of clinical, research, and administrative departments in supporting roadmap work to achieve the goals in the 2021-2026 Strategic Plan toward creating the healthiest generations of children.
  • Identify health disparities and envision how Nemours Children's is synergistically connecting research, health services, and population health to improve the health of children well beyond medicine.

Practice Change

  • Contribute to Nemours Children's successful application of strategic plan initiatives to reduce health disparities in clinical care, research, and healthcare delivery as they advance their personal career goals.
