Dr. Freeman earned her doctorate degree in Psychology at Temple University. She then completed her pediatric neuropsychology residency at Nicklaus Children's Hospital and pediatric neuropsychology fellowship at Phoenix Children's Hospital. She specializes in working with children with neurological and medical complexities including epilepsy and congenital heart disease. Dr. Freeman also has expertise in completing pre- and post- epilepsy surgery evaluations as well as neuropsychological assessment during fMRI procedures. Her research interests include cognitive predictors of neurocognitive outcomes in children with medical complexities.
