This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives related to the specialty of critical care transport.

Objectives: 

• Understand the pathophysiology of Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension in the Newborn (PPHN).
• Recognize common etiologies and initial workup for PPHN.
• Review the management of PPHN
• Apply new knowledge to three (3) recent case presentations for patients with PPHN.
