Join us on the 3rd Monday of each month, from 12pm-1pm, for our APP Lecture Series. This series features clinical experts in pediatric subspecialty advanced practice roles, including nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurse anesthetists, and physician assistants.

Each session is designed to enhance the knowledge base of nurses, physician assistants, and other interprofessional team members about pediatric health conditions they may encounter infrequently. Through the use of case studies and patient scenarios, our presenters provide real-world clinical examples and current evidence-based practice recommendations.

Activity Accreditation:
In support of improving patient care, Nemours Children’s Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Nursing
Nemours Children’s Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.00 contact hours for nurses. Nurses should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Nemours Children’s Health is accredited by the Florida Board of Nursing to provide nursing continuing education: Provider #50-1428. This course is an approved activity for 1.00 contact hours.

Physician Assistants
Nemours Children’s Health has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1.0 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria.  This activity is designated for a maximum of 1.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Physician Associates should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
