This regularly scheduled series provides nurses the opportunity to attend a didactic session, either in-person or remotely, on a topic relevant to the patient population they care for. The topics for each session are chosen based on the need for further education around specific populations, changes in nursing interventions or related policies, or learning needs identified through observation. All content provided is evidence-based and will help the Intermediate care/Step-down unit nurses provide the best care with improved patient outcomes.
