Melody Siska is the vice president of quality and advanced analytics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She leads a team of Quality Improvement professions, Data Scientists, and other health care and quality experts to change the outcome for pediatric health initiatives. She and her colleagues work to improve clinical outcomes and process improvements with a patient centered focus. The work happens within the walls of the hospital, in the community, and across the country through learning networks designed to learn and spread. She and her team are responsible for establishing quality programs, training, and obtaining results on strategic projects. Previously, she was a Service Area Manager with IBM’s global business consulting responsible for implementing quality improvement systems for clients that included the Department of Defense, Barclays Bank in London, Bank of America, and numerous other clients.
