Matthew Frazier, MPH, MBA, ACC

Matt is an executive level leader in the field of data analytics with a 22+ year work history that spans government research, health insurance, hospitals/health system operations, federal regulatory oversight, and quality improvement. Matt's academic background is in psychology (Bachelor of Science), public health (Master of Public Health), and business administration (Master of Business Administration). In his current position, he directs the team of analysts supporting some of the largest Learning Health Networks in the country to provide insights to network partners that drive population-level outcome improvement for hospitals and patients & families across the country. Because of his graduate-level training in biostatistics, certifications and training in healthcare analytics, quality improvement, and lean methodology, he has become a subject matter expert in data analysis, data visualization, storytelling, strategic advising, and analytic team development. His talents have been used in revenue cycle (finance), operations, auditing, risk management, clinical process improvement, business development, community health, and strategy functions in the for-profit, non-profit, and governmental sectors.
In addition, Matt is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the globally recognized International Coach Federation (ICF) with the skills and training to practice as a professional internal or external Executive Coach. He fulfilled the requirements to achieve the ICF credential by completing 64 hours of executive coach training through Erickson Coaching International and has provided over 100 executive coaching hours to 50+ professionals living and working across the globe.
