Domonique Varallo is a Quality Improvement Specialist supporting the Hematology Oncology Division at Nemours Children’s Health. Domonique is a master’s prepared nurse that received her BSN from Holy Family University, her MSN in Quality, Safety and Risk Management from Drexel University and her CPHQ from NAHQ​. Domonique’s previous work experience includes a mix of clinical nursing, quality improvement and patient safety. ​ Over the past year, Domonique has worked with the Hematology Oncology Division at Nemours on various quality and safety initiatives. With 9 years’ experience in quality and safety, Domonique has co-authored two peer reviewed journal articles, as well as more than a dozen posters and trained/mentored over 350 people in quality and safety​.
