This regularly scheduled series provides Nurses and Nursing Assistants the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest research, interesting cases, and evidence-based practices related to the specialty of medically complex pediatrics patients.

1. Describe the concept of moral distress in healthcare professionals.

2. Discuss interventions that may help mitigate moral distress among healthcare professionals.
