PICU Team Simulations will provide an opportunity for the interprofessional team to collaborate as they simulate the resuscitation of a critically ill pediatric patient.

Objectives: 

1.  Learners will demonstrate closed loop communication during simulation.

2.  Learners will demonstrate high-quality CPR.

3.  Learners will identify rhythm changes and apply PALS algorithm.
