Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Describe how Ronald McDonald House functions as a family-centered care partner by reducing barriers that enable parents and caregivers to remain present, engaged, and involved throughout a child's medical crisis.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral practices, communication, and collaboration between Nemours Children's Health and Ronald McDonald House to improve the family experience across the continuum of pediatric care.

Practice Changes
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Routinely assess family support needs and make timely referrals to Ronald McDonald House services, integrating family-centered support resources into the patient's care plan to help families remain present, engaged, and close to their child's care throughout treatment.
