Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the role of aberrant histone deacetylase activity in DMD pathophysiology, including its impact on muscle degeneration, chronic inflammation, adipogenesis, and fibrogenesis.
  • Assess recent clinical trial data and the evidence supporting emerging DMD therapies, including efficacy, safety, and patient selection.
