Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

Identify common medical issues that present predominantly in female athletes.
Improve both diagnosis and treatment of ailments that are common in female athletes.
Increase awareness of the challenges that face female athletes.
Update practitioners on signs, treatment and diagnosis of relative energy deficiency in sports.
Discuss surgical treatments of common injuries.
Apply rehabilitation protocols post operatively.

Practice Changes
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

Screen for RED-S in both male and female athletes.
Counsel patients and families about the dangers of consciously or unconsciously underfueling while exercising.
