This regularly scheduled series provides faculty the opportunity to attend a didactic sessions that provide education on how to develop in their career through academic advancement and educational scholarships.

Objectives: 

Upon completion of this series, faculty will be able to: 

• Review (annually) the academic advancement process.  

• Apply strategies for effective mentorship experience. 

• Explore career development opportunities
