Dr. Sumit Singh is a board-certified radiologist with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology and currently serves as an Associate Professor in Pediatric Neuroradiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. With a strong clinical and academic focus, Dr. Singh has particular expertise in advanced imaging techniques, which are regularly applied in both clinical practice and research settings.
Dr. Singh has a dedicated research interest in Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody-Associated Disease (MOGAD), having authored five peer-reviewed manuscripts on the topic. Their research reflects a broader commitment to translational neuroimaging and the application of advanced imaging methods to better understand and manage pediatric neurologic diseases.
In addition to clinical and research responsibilities, Dr. Singh is deeply invested in resident education. He is passionate about resident and fellow training and has developed a comprehensive resident on-call primer. His lecture on non-traumatic head and neck emergencies—created in collaboration with trainee feedback—demonstrates a learner-centered approach to education.
