Sean Randall, Chaplain
Sean Randall serves as a Chaplain and is known for a steady, compassionate presence with patients, families, and care teams. A U.S. Air Force Chaplain by background, Sean has invested in others through counseling, coaching, and leadership development, and has led seminars on marriage, parenting, suicide and personal finance. He has also spoken at a variety of leadership events focused on resilience, character, and caring well under pressure. Sean and his spouse have two children, and Sean considers raising a family together to be life’s greatest joy. Now “mostly retired” (at least on paper), Sean continues to serve because people matter too much to stop showing up. Through extensive personal experience as a patient, Sean also brings a unique perspective on healthcare—offering insight shaped not only by professional ministry, but by lived experience that reminds us life is often our greatest teacher.
