Dr. Kareen Jones is a faculty member in the Department of Anesthesiology and the Division of Critical Care Medicine at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Florida, where she holds the academic title of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Central Florida. She completed her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and her anesthesiology residency at Stanford Healthcare, followed by fellowships in pediatric critical care and pediatric anesthesiology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital. Passionate about quality and patient safety, she earned a master’s degree in clinical quality, safety, and leadership from Georgetown University. She actively participates in quality and safety initiatives at Nemours Children’s Hospital and is a member of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia’s Special Interest Group for Quality and Safety, underscoring her commitment to the field.
