Roel Yambao was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida in July 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, nonprofit leadership, operations, philanthropy, and community engagement. Prior to joining RMHCCF, Roel spent two decades with AdventHealth, including 13 years as Chief Operating Officer of the AdventHealth Foundation. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong organizational cultures, strengthening operations, and bringing people and partners together around a shared mission.
