Dr. Kielbasa is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Nemours. She attended Wake Forest University for both medical school and residency, graduating in May 2011. Given her love of academic medicine, she moved across the county with her family to Oklahoma in order to start her educational career as a junior faculty at the University of Oklahoma. She was there from 2011-2017 as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Kielbasa then came to Nemours in 2017 and started as an adjunct faculty at the University of Central Florida, ultimately becoming an Associate Professor. Effective January 2019, she became the UCF Medical Student Clerkship Site Director for Nemours followed shortly later by Co-Clerkship director where she served in this role for seven years through December of 2025. She has always been passionate about medical education and is excited to see how this AI journey will shape its future.
