Staci Lyn Tosh is a highly experienced nursing professional with over 25 years of experience spanning Emergency and Critical Care, Education, Administration, Ambulatory Surgery, OR (Pre-Op/PACU), Pain Management, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care. She has also served as a Magnet Program Director, leading efforts to foster nursing excellence and improve patient outcomes. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Education and is certified in emergency nursing. Staci currently serves as a Senior Magnet Program Analyst at the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), where she partners with healthcare organizations to guide and support their Magnet journey. She is passionate about advancing professional nursing practice and fostering high-quality patient care across all care settings.
