Svjetlana Tisma-Dupanovic, MD, FHRS, CEPS, CCDS
Dr. Tisma-Dupanovic is Director of Electrophysiology Services at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, Florida. She is a specialist for arrhythmias, genetic arrhythmias and cardiac devices. She came to Nemours in January 2021 from the medical staff at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, where she was the director of the hospital’s Pacemaker and Defibrillator Clinic. Dr. Tisma-Dupanovic has served an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and an instructor in pediatric cardiology at the University of Rochester and Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, N.Y.
Dr. Tisma-Dupanovic is certified by the American Academy Board of Pediatrics, pediatric cardiology sub-board, the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners, the American Board of Pediatric Cardiology and the American Board of Pediatrics. In addition to English, she is fluent in Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian, and has advanced proficiency in German and French.
