My name is Charles Messa and I am currently a PGY-2 Integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, FL. Prior to medical school at St. George's University, I completed a clinical research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Division of Plastic Surgery as a Harrison Surgical Scholar, with a specific focus on abdominal wall reconstruction and patient reported outcomes. My clinical interests include craniofacial surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery, with the hope to bridge clinical research and innovation with patient care throughout plastic surgery.
