Kaity has been a board-certified physician assistant for 15 years having worked in an array of surgical subspecialties, most recently in Pediatric Urology at Nemours Children’s Hospital Orlando for the past 7 years.  During her time there she has successfully published in peer-reviewed journals, presented multiple abstracts, participated in multiple podium presentations, and presented educational lectures at the American Urological Association, Urological Associates of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Associates.  Alongside her attending Dr. Pamela Ellsworth, she has managed to expand the scope of the PA profession, at Nemours. Along with being a fulltime urology PA, she is also the Advanced Practice Provider Manager for the department of surgery. Kaity also loves to invest in the future of the PA profession and does so by guest lecturing as several PA programs, precepting PA students and mentoring pre-PA students. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada where she is expected to graduate June 2024.  Aside from her professional work, she is a mom of one energetic 9-year-old boy, a 13-year-old morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix), a one-year-old tabby cat and a 3-year-old guinea pig.  On her spare time she enjoys yoga, meditation and going to Disney.
