Laurie started as the Nurse Practitioner within the Nephology Department at Nemours in May 2022. Prior to that, she was a bedside nurse on the step down unit at Nemours for 12 years. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Widener University then went on to complete her Masters in Management and Leadership in Nursing and Wilmington University. She went on to complete her Pediatric Acute Care and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree at Drexel University.
