This simulation is designed to strengthen interprofessional teamwork and communication while applying evidence-based guidelines to manage neonatal emergencies effectively.

Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Utilize evidence-based guidelines to resuscitate a neonate in distress.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork during high-stress events.
- Demonstrate operational preparedness for a neonatal emergency.
