Lindsey Schulz is a Simulation Education Specialist based in Orlando, Florida, dedicated to advancing healthcare education through innovative simulation-based training. Lindsey designs and implements high-impact curricula for clinical teams, including scaffolded leadership programs for residents and interprofessional in-situ simulations that focus on TeamSTEPPS principles and latent safety threat identification. With expertise in simulation modalities, curriculum development, and collaborative learning, Lindsey is passionate about creating engaging experiences that improve patient safety and clinical outcomes.
