Caitlin Schlosser is a licensed and certified athletic trainer with over 15 years of experience in sports medicine and orthopedic care. She earned her Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida and has dedicated the past decade to advancing patient care, athletic performance, and sports medicine outreach at Nemours Children’s Health.

As the Sports Medicine Coordinator, Caitlin oversees clinical athletic training operations while serving as a liaison between physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, schools, and community partners. She is passionate about developing collaborative relationships that improve access to high-quality orthopedic and sports medicine care for athletes of all ages.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has played a key role in expanding community partnerships, supporting the implementation of athletic training services within local schools, coordinating medical coverage for large sporting events and tournaments, and mentoring athletic trainers as they transition into clinical practice. She has extensive experience in orthopedic clinic operations, patient education, rehabilitation planning, surgical workflow, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to professional development, Caitlin is dedicated to creating efficient clinical processes, fostering team growth, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. She is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between outreach athletic training and orthopedic clinical care to provide seamless, evidence-based treatment for athletes from injury through return to play.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Caitlin enjoys trail running, strength training, and spending time outdoors with her family, bringing the same passion for health and wellness into her personal life as she does her career
