Dr David Mandel has been on staff at Nemours Children's Health since 1997. He received his undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology in the Honors college at the University of Michigan while also being a member of the University of Michigan football team. He attended the University of Michigan Medical School where he graduated with Honors. He completed his Orthopedic Residency at the University of Michigan. He completed his Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship in Jacksonville Florida at Nemours. He is a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine with a special interest in patella instability.
