Dr. Nicolas Giusti is a resident physician completing his training for orthopedic surgery at The University of Florida-Jacksonville and The Mayo Clinic-Florida. He graduated medical school from The University of Kansas. Prior to medical school Dr. Giusti was a member of the University of Kansas Track and Field Team where he was a 3-time All-Big 12 hurdler and was named team captain for his senior year. Following residency, he plans to attend a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine and use his prior experience from his track career to focus on treating athletes as well as cartilage restoration, joint preservation, and returning athletes to the playing field.
