Robert Kirk, MSN, PHRN, CEN

With a career spanning nearly four decades in emergency services and nursing, Robert Kirk brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to trauma care. His journey in Fire/EMS began in 1987, and he became a licensed Paramedic in 1992. In 2003, he expanded his clinical path into nursing, building a diverse and highly specialized background across multiple critical care settings.
Robert’s experience includes EMS, Critical Care Transport, and Flight Nursing, as well as extensive practice in both adult and pediatric Emergency and Intensive Care Units. His training and on-the-ground clinical leadership have shaped a holistic understanding of trauma systems and patient care across the full continuum.
He holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and maintains multiple advanced certifications, including Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). In his role as Manager of the Trauma Program, Robert uses his depth of experience to support program development, enhance clinical readiness, and advance quality outcomes for trauma patients.
