Kristina Flathers (MLIS) directs the Medical Libraries for Nemours Children's Health. She is an expert at searching the medical literature and educates associates, clinical, and research staff in searching the scientific literature. Kristina supports manuscript publication, including identifying journals for submission, red flags for predatory/deceptive publishers, tracking publication metrics, and managing copyright. Her areas of research include the professional role of libraries in access to scientific resources, approaches to utilizing point of care databases, and how AI will shape libraries in the future.
