Dr. Ierardi is an attending Neonatologist for Nemours and the Chief Partnership Officer for Florida.  She graduated from medical school at Emory University, Internship and Pediatric Residency at Childrens National in Washington DC and completed her Neonatology/Perinatology fellowship at St. Christopher's Hospital in Philadelphia, Temple University.  She worked in private practice until joining Nemours in the Delaware valley in 2012 becoming the Neonatal Outreach Director then the Associate Director of Partnerships in the Delaware Valley.  In 2018 she joined the Nemours Florida Business Development team as the Chief Partnership Officer in Florida.  Dr. Ierardi is an Associate Director of Pediatric for the Thomas Jefferson Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine and UCF in Central Florida.
