Joined the Nemours family in August of 2022.  Was part of the New Graduate Nurse Program's 10th cohort.  Worked in the PICU for two years before transitioning into a new role with the Quality and Safety team as their Performance Improvement and Patient Safety (PIPS) Coordinator.
