I have been with Nemours for 12 years.  My journey began in the Department of Surgery as the Lead patient services rep for the Surgery scheduling team.   After 6 years in this role, i transitioned to the Weight Management team (now known as Healthy Weight and Wellness).  

 In this role, i support 14 providers managing templates and calendars, scheduling patients, participate in team meetings, ordering supplies for clinic and the team, submit reimbursements among other tasks. I also provider support coverage for other departments throughout the day answering phones and sending provider messages for families needing to get in touch with their respective providers.
