Allison is a Performance Improvement Specialist for the Trauma Team. She has been a Nurse for 15 years with experience in inpatient, outpatient, and school health settings. She has proven to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in fast-paced environments. She is skilled in pediatric and adult care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and policy implementation. In 2025, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Education. Allison looks forward to continuing to learn and develop in the Nursing Profession.
