Arianna Trionfo, MD is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon under the Orthopaedic Department at Nemours Children’s Health - DE. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola College in Maryland with a dual degree in biology and psychology, followed by medical school at Robert Wood Johnson/Rutgers before arriving at Temple University Hospital for her orthopedic surgery residency. She then completed her fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Prior to joining the team at Nemours Children’s Health - DE, Dr. Trionfo was on staff at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia where she helped create a joint neuromuscular and hip clinic with Shriners Hospital for Children. She is an active member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA), American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society (RJOS). She serves as a mentor for female medical students and trainees, is actively involved in clinical research and has authored several peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Dr. Trionfo’s practice is focused on improving the lives of children with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions, children with hip dysplasia and she treats a wide variety of orthopedic trauma.
