Jasmin Coleman Bio

Jasmin Coleman joined Nemours Children’s Health in March 2017 and serves as Program Manager for Community Engagement within the DE Valley’s External Affairs Department. In this role, she oversees initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and advance Nemours’ mission to improve the health and well-being of children and families.

Jasmin’s career reflects a strong commitment to community collaboration and impact, with specialization in program development and implementation, process improvement, and building collaborative partnerships with a variety of stakeholders. She holds both an Associate’s and a Bachelor of Science degree.

Jasmin is passionate about creating meaningful connections that support families, empower communities, and foster a culture of care and engagement.
