Molly Donadee is a Senior Child Life Specialist who has worked at Nemours for 11 years, with 5 of those years spent in the pediatric intensive care unit. Molly also serves as the primary handler for the Child Life Facility Service Dog, Allison. Together, Molly and Allison partner with interdisciplinary team members in the PICU to facilitate goals of coping, psychosocial/emotional support, and early mobility. Molly is a clinical leader and mentor within the department of Child Life, Creative Arts Therapy, and Hospital School Program, the chair of the Child Life Bereavement Committee, and previous co-chair for Interprofessional Shared Governance. Molly is also involved with several PICU initiatives such as the End-of-Life Committee, ICU Liberation Committee, and the Organ Donation Council.
