Anthony Zarka, DO, DABR graduated medical school from the Philadelphia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. Subsequently, he did a residency in Diagnostic Radiology as an active duty officer in the United States Air Force, followed by a pediatric radiology fellowship year at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from July 2007 to June 2008. Following his fellowship, he joined the staff at the San Antonio Military Medicine Center as a Pediatric Radiologist. He retired from the Air Force at the rank of Lt. Colonel in 2018. Prior returning to his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida and joining Nemours Children's Health and Wolfson Children's Hospital in 2022, Dr. Zarka served as a Pediatric Radiologist at the Children's Hospital of San Antonio. He is also currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Mayo College of Medicine and Science.
