Dr. Rachel K. Moore, MD, PhD is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology and serves as Cardiologist at Nemours Children’s Health. She earned her B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Rhode Island and completed MD, and Ph.D. degrees in Physiology and Biophysics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, focusing on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. She trained in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology at UC San Diego, with additional research in cardiac development and genetics. Her expertise includes congenital heart disease and pediatric cardiac genetics. Dr. Moore has published and lectured extensively on troponin mutations, serves on committees, teaches trainees, and volunteered in rare genetic syndrome clinics.
