Dr. Virginia Hoch is a fourth-year internal medicine-pediatrics (med-peds) resident at ChristianaCare/Nemour’s Children’s Hospital (Newark, Delaware, USA). She received her MD and Masters of Public Health (MPH) degrees from Northwestern University (Chicago, IL, USA) in 2021. She is pursuing a career in combined med-peds nephrology and will be starting her combined med-peds nephrology fellowship program at Northwestern University/Lurie Children's Hospital this summer. Research interests include transplant nephrology, IgA vasculitis with nephritis and other forms of glomerulonephritis, and transition care, especially for adolescents and young adults living with complex renal conditions.
