I started my journey at Nemours as a volunteer, progressing to a nursing assistant for the remainder of my college years. I worked research with one of our orthopedic surgeons. I have been a nurse at Nemours since 2014, working as a direct care nurse. I have been involved in unit-based leadership as well as hospital wide leadership throughout my career.
