Dr. Roshni Guerry is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician who graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency and Palliative Care fellowship there. After graduation she joined Christiana Care Health System as a hospitalist and inpatient palliative care physician. While there, she deepened her clinical skills and grew as a leader and went on to become the Medical Director of Supportive and Palliative Care at the health system. She joined the faculty at Perelman School of Medicine in March, 2021 and leads the HVC, Lung, and Renal Outpatient Palliative Care practice. She enjoys teaching others how to deliver serious news with compassion and alleviate symptoms for those living with advance illness.
