Dr. Iman Nizami is a pediatric intensivist who is currently completing her Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship from Nemours Children's Health. She received her medical degree from the Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan, then completed her pediatrics residency at Western Michigan University, and ultimately plans to pursue a dual appointment as both a pediatric intensivist and pediatric palliative care physician. Her academic and career interests include improving the processes and communication surrounding pediatric end-of-life care, particularly in the pediatric intensive care unit, through education and quality improvement research.
