I completed medical school and my pediatrics residency from India, and pursued Child Neurology residency followed by EMG fellowship at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia. I did a pediatrics residency at Carilion Children's Hospital, Roanoke, Virginia where I received the Dean's Academic Excellence award. I joined Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware in June 2024 and taken over the charge of Neuromuscular Clinic as well as the multidisciplinary muscle clinic. I have special interest in muscle disorders including various forms of myopathies and muscular dystrophies. I have published 16 peer-reviewed articles in various renowned journals, and I have been a Section Editor of the journal, Neurology India.
