Sheila Suggs is a dedicated and experienced Health Information Management (HIM) professional with 25 years of service at Nemours Children's Health. As the HIM Operations Manager, Sheila oversees the release of information and HIM processing teams, ensuring compliance with health information policies and procedures.

Sheila holds an Associate Degree in Health Information Management. She is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist (CHDS). Over the past 7 years, Sheila has hosted numerous Dragon Medical One training sessions virtually and in person. She is proficient in building commands to enhance user efficiency. For the past 4 years, she has worked with the Nuance/Microsoft teams to introduce and onboard providers in the use of DAX Full Service and onboard and train providers on the use of DAX CoPilot for Epic. Sheila's expertise with the use of documentation tools has been instrumental in facilitating smooth transitions and enhancing documentation efficiency.
