Under her leadership, providers now have the flexibility to complete training on demand through independent study practices, accessing a remote training environment for hands-on exercises without waiting for scheduled classes. Kristen's innovative approach ensures that new providers can seamlessly undergo training and gain Epic access without unnecessary delays.

She also serves as the lead training contact for Delaware Valley Primary Care acquisitions. Kristen plays a pivotal role in coordinating training, overseeing Day in the Life scenarios, and providing post-go-live support to enhance customization and efficiency.
