Danielle Burns, PharmD, BCGP, CDCES is the Director of Pharmacy for the Value Based Services Organization at Nemours. She has a background in a variety of pharmacy areas which include retail pharmacy, transitions of care and disease state management programs and has been working in the value based care and population health arena for the past 5-plus years. She has a passion for working with the interdisciplinary health care team, building new programs, innovation and operations.
